Having the same issue since season 6.
This problem is related with one of Windows Services, the name of this service is Client DNS "DNSCache".
You need to check if your Client DNS "DNSCache" if it is running.
*Solution: this service needs to be fully operational, and if it is not, you need to solve any problems with it.
To complete, open the Command Prompt as Admin, and execute all those commands one by one:
Type " ipconfig /flushdns " and press Enter.
Type " ipconfig /registerdns " and press Enter.
Type " ipconfig /release " and press Enter.
Type " ipconfig /renew " and press Enter.
Type " netsh winsock reset " and press Enter.
Restart the computer.
- 2 years ago@STyL0 The issue is solved by enabling DNS Client (Dnscache) windows service. The service wasn't enabled after completing described steps, but I could enable it via registry editor.
Thank you very much.- 2 years ago

I solved this type of problem in Call of Duty (from WW II & upwards) in this way, i.e. I wrote down the DNS address from my modem/router and entered it into the connection configuration in Windows.
I described how to do it in Windows in the attachment called configure.jpg
After do this, restart PC.
Games that do not have a server search engine like to have problems with downloading the current network IP from the DNS server on Windows 10 and 11 (by the time they find the DNS and download the IP, it is already too late, which causes the game to see it as a lack of connection)
I hope it helps you too.
If this does not help, it is also worth checking whether your firewall is not blocking outgoing connections and whether you should consider unblocking the NAT ports

Hello everyone,
I have exactly the same error code since season 6. I can only play for 10 minutes before I return to the lobby.
Have you found a solution? The DNS solution doesn't work for me...

OK guys
Try this, it worked for me when all the other fixes failed.
First, for my network adapter in IPv4 properties I changed my DNS from my ISP router, Automatic DHCP will assign this normally same as you default gateway.
- The change I made was to manually set the DNS to 1.1.1.1 as primary and 8.8.8.8 as secondary
The other change I made was to disable IPv6
Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network Connections right click on your Ethernet adapter > Properties and scroll through the list and uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP /IPv6)
- If you used IPv6 only then don't do this obviously
Make sure to open your CMD in admin and ipconfig /flushdns
It's been working for me since.
Let me know if this worked for you guys 🙂

figured I would try to play this morning and everything seems OK, at least for me. Of course I didn't do anything so maybe it finally got fixed, intentionally or otherwise by EA. Small sample size so far as I only played one map and transitioned to the next one, then quit. We'll see if it's really fixed when I try again later today, keeping my fingers crossed.
