Wheeled warrior not popping

Me and a friend unlocked this playing on Xbox Series X it unlocked, but now playing the Xbox One version on the same account and I can confirm that this still does not auto unlock (seeing as this is a common theme occurring it seems). Every other achievement unlocks fine if you have already met the criteria on a different version of the game, and you just  need to repeat an action (for example, instead of capturing 100 objectives in Conquest, you only need to capture 1). "Wheeled Warrior" is the only achievement that doesn't work. Please EA this needs fixing!
