When deployed, game automatically fires weapon and does not stop until ammo has

Product: Battlefield 2042 Platform:PC Please specify your platform model. PC AMD or Nvidia Model Number doesnt matter wasn't happening before Enter RAM memory size in GB doesnt matter wasn't happ...

Some more info. 

This happens on my desktop, i9-9900kf, RTX 3090, Windows 10, 

This does not happen on my latop Ryzen 9 5800, RTX 3070, Windows 11

Why does this issue even exist? I shouldn't be forced to play on a laptop when my desktop is worth more than my first car....

    I deleted all of the game settings and reinstalled the game as well.
