This happens on my desktop, i9-9900kf, RTX 3090, Windows 10,
This does not happen on my latop Ryzen 9 5800, RTX 3070, Windows 11
Why does this issue even exist? I shouldn't be forced to play on a laptop when my desktop is worth more than my first car....
I deleted all of the game settings and reinstalled the game as well.
I just want to play the game, is that too much to ask for? It's not like it was free to play

Literally the last thing I could try is a clean install of windows, and that is ridiculously excessive considering how this is the only game or program I am having issues with.
