When I press Play it drops me back to the same menu screen after countdown.

Summarize your bug Every time I press play to join a game, no matter the mode I choose after the countdown ends, It drops me back to the same menu screen (Change Game Mode / Play etc)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, I see people with the same problem. For others it just works.

Hello,

I have this problem for a week now, non-stop and I'm unable to enjoy the new content. I tried all the available solutions found here or on the web but nothing seems to fix this issue.

The game connects normally to the EA services but after that I can't connect to a multiplayer game. It just drops me back on the same menu screen when I press Play and the countdown ends. So far I tried to repair through Origin, rebooting, uninstall the game and remove everything Battlefield related from my PC, re-install Origin, reset network settings and firewall, but so far nothing seems to fix this issue. I tried my luck with EA Help on Twitter but we didn't manage to find a solution either.

Perhaps there is a solution somewhere here but sorry If I failed to see it.

    I can confirm that this issue has been fixed through my ISP, just call them 😃

  • Ok, after infinite hours of troubleshooting. To anyone having this issue.

    I have downloaded Cloudflare WARP . I managed to enter a match with the first attempt. Closing WARP though, I'm still having the same issue. 

    Note that with WARP on (at least for me) I lost about 10% of my internet speed but my ping was super good (at least for me again), at around 60ms.

    I called my ISP and I reported that I have an issue with online gaming and they asked me about the specific game.

    They told me that they will come back to me after they take a look at this. (press (X) for doubt)

    In case I have further news I will post an update. But if this is the case, then this is one fine solution.
