When I unlock guns, they unlock with some attachments and no other unlockable

Summarize your bug I was playing Breakthrough and unlocked the AKS-74u. When I went to play with it, I realized that there were already a number of attachments unlocked: 3 barrels, 8 sights, and 3 underbarrel attachments. Additionally, there were no available options at all for the magaizine. None are locked and not even the default magazine is showing up. I cannot click on the magazine selection part at all. See attached picture. Same issue is happening with the XM8 LMG. When I unlocked that gun, there were again a number of attachments already unlocked: 2 sights and the bipod Again, no other attachments are visible or unlockable at all. This time I can click on the magazine selection for the XM8, but again, outside of the attachments that were already unlocked, no other attachments seem to be available at all even for unlocking.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This happened as soon as the gun was unlocked.
What happens when the bug occurs? No attachments are available other than what comes magically unlocked when the gun becomes unlocked. There is no opportunity to progress the gun
What should be happening instead? There should be little to no attachments unlocked. I have 0 kills reported for those gun before they were unlocked. I should be able to unlock new attachments
This issue takes away any motivation to progress as no attachments can be unlocked
