Why am I not getting my my tier skips

Bought event pass with Battlefield coins and haven't received my 15 tier skip

    @midnt88 If they don't turn up after playing a match to completion, you'll probably need to reach out to EA Help at help.ea.com.

    Im having the same problem.  I'll try the full match but did this work for you?
