Happens when I first start the game, and always after I manage to get in to a game. After today's update, I can't get into a game at all...tried for over a hour.

Can we try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help stop this from happening?
A good place to start out would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still running into the same issues after that please let me know. Thanks!

Yeah hi,
I've tried the troubleshooting tips you posted, as well as reinstalling the game multiple times, but I cannot get it to sign into ea at any point.
It comes up as a notification saying screen recording is off due to blocked scene or whatever, then I get the menu to accept ea's terms then it just cuts out either before I get a chance to click x or just after I click x and before I get to click next.
"The connection with ea was lost " every time. Not sure what to do to actually play this game.
Any help would be much appreciated.
