Why battlefield isn't working on ps5

I paid my money for the game and it will not get past the screen where the ship is, what's up with the servers, how can I get my money back, I don't like the game now because they are not fixing the ...

@beateisele Is crossplay enabled in CONSOLE options AND in GAME options ?

    @Rokebo73 Yes, that didn‘t help either.

    But: I solved it today! I found out that my ISP changed his Settings and gave away new IP-Adresses to all consumers. Seems, that my new one was blocked by EA. After my ISP changed it today to another number region, All is fine again and… I am back on my path to Colonel 200! ;-)

      @beateiseleGood to read , dynamic IP from ISP, could change every X days indeed.
