Hi @acedudeq, can you ruin a repair on the game and see if that helps.

    @EA_Atic Unfortunately same result . I did have both steam and origin version repair doesn't help . Still getting black screen with mouse cursor and then back to the menu

      Hey, @acedudeq  can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with Battlefield 2042 and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

       

      Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

        @EA_Atic the only thing helped is fully reinstall the game and clear cache and delete all but it worked only one time . Then the same problem returned
