FYI i figured out how to fix it, verify your game files. i had 22 files fail to validate and redownload and now i dont have the issue.
I've come back to 2042 before the Liquidators event and ive been kicked 3 times from different games. I've never cheated, never will cheat, and seriously hate cheaters (if i encounter them)
I play 2042 on PC with a controller since launch. what is causing this error with this BS Easy Anti cheat system???
I had an issue a few months ago where it would fail to launch for me. I rebooted and I believe re-updated/installed EAC and it worked for me.
As others have said, maybe try repairing your game files.
Do you use any overlays? Such as Rivatuner, etc? Maybe those are catching it up?
