For me the performance issues are completely resolved.

FYI i figured out how to fix it, verify your game files. i had 22 files fail to validate and redownload and now i dont have the issue.
I generally go against the AI in order to fulfill the conditions for opening weapon upgrades, and the EAC kicks me out, and writes "The player was expelled for violating the EAC rules" Update with regular problems, nothing new
