Why I'm I having a lot of mouse movement delay?

Greetings everyone,  Shortly after the beta had come out, I jumped straight into it because as a battlefield enthusiast, I wanted to test out the new game. I really liked the game aside of the issue...

I can't get my mouse sensitivity right no matter what settings I use. This is pissing me off, because I keep overshooting targets, and am unable to track people who are right in front of me. Raw mouse input is literally not working at all.
