Why will my Weapon, Vehicle, Attachment or Specialist not unlock?

Hello all!
We have received news from the teams that all previously locked items should now be unlocked if you've completed the requirements needed to unlock the items.
Can you please check the following:
- Launch the game and look in the Collection menu,
- Check if you still see any items that are locked for which you are sure you have completed the unlock requirements,
- If you're still seeing any locked items for which the unlock requirements have been completed, please reboot the game and check again.
If you still see locked items after completing the unlock requirements & after you've rebooted the game, please do the following:
- Play a match via the official playlist mode (Conquest or Breakthrough),
- Ensures that you also complete this match and do not leave the server in between,
- If you have completed the match, the previously locked items (whose requirements you have completed) should now be unlocked.
- You will not receive a separate message from this during the End of Round menu. Please check your Collection menu.
If you see or think that your previous progress has been reset, or items are still not unlocking for you once you've completed the requirements, please restart the game and check again.
*Note: it can take some time between gameplay sessions, roughly 1h, for the services to catch up and to make sure that everything that should be unlocked is also unlocked and available to you.Please let us know if the issue has now been resolved for you, or if you're still seeing items that won't unlock or stay locked once you've completed the requirements.
