Will rubberbanding be fixed in the next patch?

Since the last update I get mouse lag a lot more often too. And if I minimize the game to close a browser I left open, it is nearly constant and more pronounced. I think my Ryzen 2700x is struggling a bit but I used to not have the problem.

    If we do record how its looking in game with the rubber band issues, it  would be super helpful to have the network performance setting on on.
