Massive big freeze + mini freezes since Javelin anticheat implementation

Sorry to bother you but since the implementation of the Javelin anticheat software this year, I am having performance issues playing Battlefield games, especially Battlefield 2042. I am afraid the issue will be present with BF6 too.
After I launch the game and join a game I have a big massive freeze like that: https://youtu.be/BUo3jXzRY0A
This massive freeze only happens on a first game I join after launching the game. But now I am also experiencing mini freezes in the game, not only in the first game as in the video.
My 4090 GPU driver is up to date, the AMD Chipset driver for my 7950X3D is up to date, the BIOS is up to date alongside with Windows. Power plan is set to balanced mode with xbox game bar up to date. I also notice that some of the non 3D cores are not properly parked, especially the core 16 that is constantly unparked and cores 17, 18 and 19 from time to time. I don't know if it has always been the case.
I tried different things, like reinstalling the game, update anticheat with the tool, disable MSI afterburner. I am really convinced it's the anticheat, but might be wrong.
Secure boot and UEFI are active in the BIOS.
If you could investigate, especially for Battlefield 6 it would be great so I don't experience the issue.
