Windows 10 - BF2042 won't launch anymore (incl. Error Code 30005)

I played the game yesterday for several hours on Windows 10. Then I was not able to start it anymore. The splashscreen with EasyAntiCheat icon loads all the way to the end two times and then closes...

Just to add to my last update. After the above I closed origin and opened EA Play and I was able to launch BF from it without any issues.

An update. I was able to get it working again by repairing the game in Origin (not EA Play, this doesn't exist there yet) and then launching the game from Origin. One thing to note, once the repairing was done it auto launched the game but the same thing happened, I launched it again right after manually and it worked.

Just to add to my last update. After the above I closed origin and opened EA Play and I was able to launch BF from it without any issues.

  GO to taskmanger and look for Easy anti Cheat, force close and start 2042 again @intssed
