Windows 11 September update 22H2 -substantial FPS drop

This is already fixed. You need to fresh install Windows with the 22H2, DONT just upgrade from 21H2. Then install the current Nvidia drivers. The problem is on Nvidia’s side and it was patched a few drivers ago.

    I don’t think there is any official advice. Like most things with Windows, sometimes the fix is just to fresh install Windows. It’s a good idea to fresh install windows regularly anyway. The problem was with Nvidia drivers, they fixed it with a driver update so I’m pretty sure thats now resolved, so I wouldnt be expecting any more fixes.
