Wrongful Battlefield 2042 Ban – Request for Escalation and Details
Hello,
My Battlefield 2042 account (EA ID: ReNimaG) was permanently banned on April 29, 2025 at 11:03 PM, but I have never used any cheats, hacks, or third-party software. I have always played fairly and respected EA’s Terms of Service.
I contacted support, but the response was vague and did not include any clear reason, evidence, or specific explanation for the ban. I was simply told that my account was "involved in cheating," which I strongly contest.
I respectfully request that:
1. My case be escalated and thoroughly re-reviewed.
2. I receive concrete details about the alleged violation.
3. The ban be lifted if no valid evidence exists.
I am available to cooperate in any way necessary. I only want to recover my access to the game and clear this misunderstanding.

While it's absolutely fine to leave feedback here and discuss the issue, there is unfortunately nobody here who can directly assist with bans or remove them.
All I can suggest is appealing to the ToS team again as they have final say effectively.

It may also be worth checking your account to see if any details have been changed, in case the account was compromised.
