Got mine working by just unplugging my razer orbweaver.

@SoupyBlster Same here, but kinda defeats the point for me.. I use mouse/kb for main game and like to have the controller nearby for vehicles so I cannot have my controller and orbweaver plugged in at the same time.. this is ridiculous they didn't fix this before launch, this was a known issue during the beta.
