I have tried it in every possible way I think but it keeps failing me. it only worked well a couple of times.
my configuration:
ea play pro game
controller xbox one pc
I make sure that origin is always closed, also in the background.
Should a message like this appear when entering the game, with this configuration?
please help

The video thing worked for me only on occasion, the vast majority of the time it fails :-(

  @elppb7 You need to follow the video every time you load the game. If it crashes and kicks you out then you need to quit origin, open steam and launch it through there.
  
  Your controller must be turned on and connected before launching the game for it to work
