SOLUTION
I finally have the complete solution.
Everything said in this forum above is true.
1 steam
2 settings in originwell, you can also have other extra problems like me, which I'm going to write here so that no one suffers the same as me.
the gamingservice service that starts automatically (it is part of the xbox pc app) automatically creates and extracts discs on your pc (only with some, in my case I have many xbox games ... more discs) and every time it generates one of these it creates the interference is so annoying that we suffer.
3 delete gamingservice (it cannot be disabled)
Uninstalling the game after beating it was fine. However, uninstalling Gaming Services was a pain. I had to open up PowerShell (Admin) and use the command:
Get-appxpackage *Microsoft.GamingServices* | remove-appxpackageonce this is done (in my case and I think in more than one case) it allows me to play 100%.
That is if the xbox pc app gives problems, but it can be easily repaired. I will also create a .ps1 to delete the service every time I play.
I can't believe all this is necessary to play, but yeah, it is.
It already works well with any controllerThank you
EA for solving the problem could you send me a code for the game by mail, I am this month in EA play pro ;-)- 4 years ago
Thanks. This worked for me Go to Device Mananager. Under disk drive disable all Xvd drives. Reboot the computer. Only one Xvd will appear after reboot. Launch the game and controller will work flawless. No drifting, no 360 loops, no aiming to the sky or floor, no auto firing, etc. All problems solved.

I'd like an answer to this as well. I bought the game on Origin aka EA's very own desktop game launcher and am trying to play the game with a wired Xbox Elite controller and am still getting this bug in-game. The mouse input workaround only works for a short amount of time. From what I have read this bug existed in the beta as well so it's been around for over a month. How does that happen? Why are their actual EA employees asking us to help resolve this issue? From the looks of it this issue is widespread.
I shouldn't have to download extra stuff to my PC in order to use a controller to play a AAA game on that AAA game publisher's very own desktop app.
