@juiceua76  Open Steam > Open Library > Open Steam Big Picture > click Origin in Library and click Play > Origin loads up on my screen > start up BF 2042 > BF 2042 loads up and only mouse and keyboard are usable.

I made the changes to controller options as shown in your video in Steam Big Picture already.

@GunforHire78 Did you adjust the controller options in the Origin shortcut? Originally I tried changing the controller within the settings> (controller settings) in big picture mode and it didn’t work that’s why I changed it in the shortcut on the video

    @juiceua76  yep.  Checked both boxes under controller options and selected Forced On for the Steam Input.

      @GunforHire78 In Big picture mode under Controller settings tab does it show that your controller is detected?

        @juiceua76yep it is detected. 

        The one difference that I noticed from your vid and my Steam library is that BF2042 is not in my library as I bought the game from Origin not Steam.  I don't know if this makes a difference?
