Any fixes to this from EA at all?
Of course not.
I had to learn how to play the game w/ Mouse and keyboard, plugged in the controller to see if it had been fixed.. still nothing. Not even the old fixes work anymore.
I used to love flying on console... forget it w/ a mouse and keyboard.
You can edit the controller settings on Steam to mimic key board and mouse. This is how I've been using my xbox controller. It is a little weird to get used to because you are editing the keyboard and mouse settings in Battlefield and on steam your keybinding your controller to the keyboard buttons and mouse.
To do this: right click battlefield 2042 on steam library>Manage>Controller configuration>Templates > Keyboard (WASD) and Mouse
then after you apply you can change key bindings if you like but they aren't bad in this form.
Hopefully this helps until the patch it (fingers crossed)
