Xbox series X can't connect to the EA servers Error: 1:4688822970:100J:1004G

having an issue i have 2 players in the same house hold one on XBOX and one on PC if the XBOX is in and playing and I attempt to connect it kicks us both out and says unable to connect to server.

I have changed my PC to a different DNS (Google) and its still happening.

Many people have had this issue with many games. It's typically a networking issue on the users end. Poor routers messing up the traffic etc. Some can fix it by modifying their local network setup, like toggling UPNP and setting up static IP addresses for the computers in question or even buying a better router. DNS can sometimes work. VPN for one of the clients might also work.

Summarize your bug: (See attached file)I get "Unable to connect to the EA servers." when the game launches. I get the option to "Retry" or "Close" but it does not matter what i press. It retries every time.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing!

What i have tried:

Originally I installed it on Steam

I repaired files

I tried wired and wireless network.

Disabled firewall

Ran as admin for origin, easy anti cheat and BF2042.

Updated Windows and my graphics drivers.

Reinstaled my network drivers.

Cleared Origin cache. 

Redownloaded on Steam.

Redownloaded on Origin.

Reinstaled Origin and the game.

I found out that im able to play if i share my mobile broadband from my phone(It's not stable enough to have an good gaming experience.).

Port forwarded TCP ports: 5222,9988,17502,20000-20100,22990,27015-27030,27036-27037,42127 For BF2042 and Steam.

Port forwarded UDP ports: 3659, 4380, 14000-14016, 22990-23006, 25200-25300, 27000-27031, 27036 For BF2042 and Steam.

And now im out of ideas.

I had some problems with port forwarding so i contacted my internet provider to get some help. The girl I talked to thought that port forwarding was meant as parental control. So she was not much help. I was lucky that one of my friends had the same internet provider and had done some port forwarding. So i was able to work it out with a little help from him.

Have the exact same error.

Tried same fixes as you and no luck.

Tried every single fix suggestion out there and no luck.

Even tried on a different network (my friend's network) and no luck.

I'm trying to load into the game but it keeps giving me the same error code that it gave me in the open beta... I never got a chance to try the game on beta.
