[Xbox Series X] crashing, sometimes hard crashes console (since launch)

This crashing on the Xbox Series X|S version of BF2042 on the Xbox Series X console has happened since launch, although one of the first few updates may have greatly increased the frequency of crashe...

@Forcerecon93 could you try to use the wall plug instead and see if that helps. We seen this affect some players around the world.

Hey Atic, 

Happened to me too a few times, my Series X has been re pasted (Noctua thermal compound) and air compressed cleaned, it can run Modern Warfare 2 (MW2019 engine is notoriously resource heavy) for 8 hours straight without a peep. 

I also feed it pure sine wave electricity, ultra clean and regulated via a specialized inverter.

Might help to reach out to partners at Xbox, you're about to get a large influx of them via Gamepass.

I have notified Aaron Greenbergh (Xbox) and some DICE folks too.

Hope this gets resolved soon.
