Xbox Series X friend can't see my PC account in the friends list BattleField2042

Totally not able to play with Xbox Series X friend and i'm on PC. When i'm looking in game i see their name in the social friend search. I choose Add Friend and they never receive the notification. On their side when they are looking for me they Only see My name with the Xbox Icon and not the PC icon So when they add me as a friend i don't received the notification in game. On my side when i'm looking for myself in the friend bar i see me PC icon with my name.

    @xyrhon  you need to add them under EA Id so they become an EA friend, 

    That's the friends list that's cross play.

    i have a very similar issue. im on pc and can see my xbox x/s freind via EA ID but he cant see me and my requests dont go through.
