Xbox Series X Super Jittery Gameplay

I have finally hit rock bottom. Was playing Apex Legends tonight and it is so jittery that it is unplayable on a competitive level. I just did tracert and ping tests and I have zero packet loss, average latency is 81ms, which you'd think would be more than adequate, but when I play the game, it is just jittery and I don't know why. A moment that stands out to me is when I was beaming an octane in the chest and the screen froze, then lurched forward in time, damage numbers jumped from 50 to him being dead. I play other games just fine. What can I try to do to fix this?
