Those yellow boxes indeed mean "lowFPS warning", as @Deathdunny mentioned. The icons have received a small upgrade in this version of Battlefield, but I hope that this image describes it for you.

I'm going to guess one of these 4 components has a warning symbol in-game (yellow boxes) , RAM, CPU, GPU or NETWORK. Meaning there is some form of performance issue. Yellow is a warning, red is bad. Yellow boxes means lowFPS according to a youtube video

Depends on your CPU but it's most likely a game issue, this game simply performs very badly and its not optimized
