You are not eligible to participate in this activity error message.

I just got the game today. I come home put the disc in for the very first time, load up the game and im greeted by a error message that reads. "You are not eligible to participate in this activity as you do not meet minimum requirements". First off, This is my first time loading up the game ever, and my first battlefield game I've ever Played. Second, what are these requirements? I haven't logged into a EA acount so it can't be my acount settings. Third, I have tried literally everything to try and fix this but nothing seems to work. I've deleted the game, didn't work. I've restarted my Ps4 and the game multiple times and nothing has worked. Please can anyone tell me how to fix this because I payed $70 For this game and would like to enjoy as everyone else is.
