Zoom level change is always R3, even if you set that to other actions

Summarize your bug If you set your controller buttons to alternate or custom and put crouch/prone on R3, you still change zoom level of any hybrid sight with R3. Means everytime you change zoom level, you also change your crouch position, making hybrid zooms very useless. This also happened in the beta. Solution for a fix: Bind the zoom level change button to be the same as the knife button (as you don't need that while zoomed) and put it as a seperate action in the controller mappings tab so players can customize which button to use for it

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play on console set controller buttons to alternate put any hybrid zoom on a weapon try to change zoom level without changing prone position
What happens when the bug occurs? the soldier changes zoom levels AND his crouch position
What should be happening instead? only the zoom level should be adjusted (on a different button than the crouch)
