A Few points of Feedback
Firstly, this is a great base. It feels like battlefield, theres a few things i would like to see adjusted personally but i understand I am not the entire playerbase.
For context ive played since BFBC2 and have played 15,000 hours of CS. And have experience at a pro level in valorant.
- Recoil, it seems when you have no attatchments the guns feel real and unique, but as soon as you put on one or two basic attachments there is no recoil anymore. (keep the spread as is tho! its perfect).
- UI Clutter, i realise you can change this to clean it up, which i have done. However sometimes you cant fine tune it enough without being at a disadvantage. The main points I have here is the "Neutral" icons in white, there are too many that arent important to me when im playing and just appear as clutter. And the revive symbols on support, they are EVERYWHERE, i get it but i dont need them creating a circle around my hud. Generally i think it would be nice to just have a reduction in the UI overall as i feel like it hurts the cinematic moments battlefield is known for.
- Scope glint is obviously too much.
- Recon feels borderline useless when compared to the other three, i think it could be a good idea to make the recons snipers ONLY recon. But maybe leave the other guns unlocked for other classes. This would incentivise people to play recon to get the snipers. Or possibly heavily reducing scope glint when using the recon class
- Probably a bit late for this, but the vehicles felt a little arcadey? the sound design is 10/10 though. They way they drive around feels kind of like cod, very bouncy and kind of like toys, as opposed to BF3/BF4 or other games where they really felt heavy, slow and real. Which i think suits the game much more and is a good way to balance them as they are very strong right now especially the APC.
- Have an option to turn off damage indicators ONLY for infantry. Personally i couldnt care less about knowing if ive hit infantry for 34 or 31, but i do care about how much when it comes to vehicles because it lets me know how many more RPGs or tank rounds i need to shoot to finish it. Right now the infantry damage indicator is just meaningless clutter on my screen for me.
Overall its a great game and theres some real big positives tho
