Not Receiving Verification Emails from EA

Hi,

When I request a verification code to try to change my current email on this account I dont receive the verification code. i've further checked my email and it was never received or withheld, I made sure that my email also doesn't have the domain ea@e.ea.com blocked. I am 99% sure that this is an issue on EA's end. 

I'm hoping someone from EA can contact me about this from a different domain so that i can have this issue resolved.

  • I’ve been having the same issue but for me if I just try to sign in from Xbox on the main page, it’ll let me but when I try to go into my settings, it asked for me to sign in again

    Yeah hopefully there's a fix for this. I sent a ticket and tried using the "chat with us" but there isn't a chatbox that opens up. does anyone know how to chat with somebody from EA?

  • Idk I created a case I guess and I haven’t heard back from them since
