Amount of rockets

for the rpg having 5 rockets is way too much people only spam that and makes vehicle game play hard 
same for heli  gameplay , i can't fly without getting spammed with antiair nonstop while the flare takes time to load again , for the repair i don't know why it only allows you to repair if you are really down on health like maybe 20%
