Battlefield 6 chat

In week one of the beta me and my buddy could not hear our squad. It only took a day in a half of the beta to figure out we had to go into audio settings to change it from party chat to squad chat. It should be set to squad by default. Also it was very annoying because you had to go into the settings to change it at the beginning of every game because it would automatically go back to party chat. Maybe they could put a quick toggle feature in the option menu in game and once you select a chat preference it stays that way til you change it. I wonder how many other people were not communicating with their squad because they didn’t know it was set to party chat by default.
