Battlefield 6

I'm a long time Battlefield player, I started on Bad Company 2 and played every Battlefield from then up til Battlefield 4 (which was a masterpiece) that I still play everyday almost even after 12 years! I also played the BF6 Beta from the 7th til the 10th

Battlefield 6: I know it's early in the game to judge to harshly but the Devs definitely have some things to work on to make it feel more like Battlefield than COD, but overall I think the franchise is going in the right direction it wouldn't take much work to put us back to loving Battlefield the way we did when we were growing up with BFBC2, BF3, BF4

  1. I think the guns should be closed to which ever class they belong to, that keeps everyone from sitting in the back with ammo and a launcher or a sniper and actually makes you rely on your squad mates like battlefield is supposed to be played and has been played for the last 15 years, why change it now it's worked perfectly, Support - lmg/ammo, Assault - health/defibs
  2. Squads should remain 4 people so you can have 1 of each class to make a full squad and then you rely on eachother to stay alive the same as it has been and the same reason Battlefield 4 servers are still full after 13 years also if they made the Squads bigger that would mean everyone could just revive everyone that would not be good
  3. They definitely need to fix the scope glint, I know the devs have already said they aren't gonna be as obnoxious in the game but still, there shouldn't be a scope glint if the sniper is in the shadows I mean the sun is what causes a glint if you're not in it there shouldn't be a glint, I mean it already shows you where you're getting sniped from so why a glint also or atleast make a killflash attachment for the scope to hide the glint would be cool
  4. Attachment points need to go back to COD, I mean if this is Battlefield and we are back there has never been a limit of how many Attachments you can have I like how Battlefield 4 did it to where you can have an Attachment in every slot if you want I mean that makes the game feel way more real because in real life you could have a red dot, lazer, suppressor, short barrel, fore grip, upgraded mag release lever, butt stock, magnifiers, and there's no magical non existent numbers telling you what you can and can't have
  5. Rpgs and launchers need to do different amounts of damage depending on where you hit Tanks and LAV's because in the beta I only ever hit 25's and that feels fake it would also be cool to be able to break the tanks tracks
  6. The parachutes feel more like call of duty than Battlefield you fly way to fast, BF4 had the parachutes perfected
  7. I think the 3rd gadget or class gadget whatever that was called where it's up on the D-pad should also go away, where you just have left and right on the D-pad for like ammo and c4 or health pack and defibs we don't need that 3rd class gadget but it's not a deal breaker
  8. Also a small detail for when you're placing gadgets with the recon class it would be nice to pull the gadget out into your hand then "click" RT or LMB to place it instead of pulling it out and it automatically placing it
  9. Another small detail but would make the world of difference in the Battlefield is you can grab a teammates with "x" and then drag them for as long as you feel til your out of combat and then you could press "RT" to actually heal them would be awesome
  10. Please please please separate the ammo and health packs, it feels way to cumbersome to have 1 class doing all the healing and supplying of the team

And when flying the jets or Helicopter, you should be able to jump in and go, this non sense of having to invert flight characteristics on every BF game is another change needed. Playing on a PC has been a real challenge over the years with having to spend hours setting up your controls is ridiculous. I jumped in a helicopter FINALLY only to lift off and was unable to fly forward using WASD keys ending in me bailing out !!! PLEASE FIX THIS!!

deff need a vehicle testing range. i usually heavily customize my controls for jets & heli and needing to do it on the fly sucks (bf4 had this)

yes BF4 was imo the best too with a TON of hours sunk into it, sad that all other releases since had major down grades in one area or another, wether it was weapon attachments, map design, gun/gadget loadout selections, gunplay & TTK, progression/unlock system, or a combination of those things. I would still play BF4 more but all my progress was on console and starting over with no upgrades vs long time pc mnk players was not fun, tho i do still hop on a few rounds occasionally.

But the closer they can get BF6 gameplay, mechanics, systems and maps to BF4 the happier id be.

Yeah that was definitely another thing that was great about BF4, the test range with all the vehicles and guns, also yes it was a very hard transfer because I came from console and went to playing PC about 2 years ago but I still use an Xbox controller on my pc so I constantly get killed by keyboard mouse users, but yeah it definitely sucked starting over all my games on pc coming from playing console for like 15 years
