bf6 feedback after 20 hrs of play (played hella bf4)

Firstly, this game was addicting to play as a past battlefield player. I really liked the mix of long-range fighting with CQC. It tested all of skills to the max. I am enjoying the beta so far and while I have minimal complaints, there are a few things that I want to address to the devs. I am not a vehicle player so I do not want to say anything about the vehicles (they seem balanced as of now).

PROS:
Gunfights feel realistic as it is not all about holding down the fire button

The attention to detail is phenomenal, allowing players to take advantage and play creatively.

Controls are easy to get a hang of and movement feel smooth. I love the drag to revive mechanic too because I can bring a teammate behind cover rather than defibbing in the open to just die. 

The weapon attachment system is cool and allows players to experiment with their loadouts. 

Maps feel fresh and I love the randomness to the map because I can play interesting angles .

Audio is awesome. 

CONS:

When we are ready, it launches us straight into the map, I would like some time to adjust my loadouts and spawn-in without having to redeploy. 

Sometimes when I vault over a wall, it will launch me far off the ground, disrupting how my character moves. 

Engineers get too many rockets; idk how other players feel about this. 

Building destruction is super cool, however it feels a little unresponsive and janky at times.

Like BF4, I also agree with players that certain weapon classes should only stay in certain classes. I think it's a cool idea that allows players to properly play their roles. 

I think the games have become too short. I remember 1000 ticket games would last like 30-40 minutes but in the beta, the gametime was like 15-20 min max. I would love to have 2000-2500 tickets.

OO on the city map, I would like to see the map being able to be held on the second floor, it creates more tension and prevents people from camping upstairs. 

In the post-game screen, ik bf4 did not have this but can we go back to the lobby to have some time to make our loadouts ahead of time. 

RIBBONS AND SERVICE STARS PLZ. Super satisfying and kinda rewarding to it all add up in the end of the match.

These are all i can think of right now, this game is on the right track in my opinion, I am excited to play hopefully see new maps in the upcoming 2nd weekend open beta.

  • I also see a lot of TTK complaint, but **bleep** this aint cod, this game should not have shorter TTK as it prevents complete objective takeovers. Also I feel like with all the equipment a solider has on + adrenaline, it would be a little more difficult to shoot down another player. Also it encourages us to aim for head rather than the body. I love satisfying flank clips, and it keeps it fair for the enemy team too. If you want faster ttk, play cqc with a shotgun. This reply is all over the place but, longer ttk allows us to stay alive longer.
