Explosive damage been too weak is having an effect on gameplay, players are running around like action man with no fear because there is none. You can eat explosives so they don't act as a deterrent...

I actually think it's down to what part of the body the explosive detonates near.
For example if I throw c5 at someone's feet they get minor damage and say bit of suppression, but if I throw the c5 and detonate it before it hits the ground so it is closer to the body or the head I tend to get better results.
These are explosives, they shouldn't follow the same damage logic as bullets.
