Spot on Entsorger69 for all your points. My initial impression was that the game was trying too hard to be like CoD just with destructible buildings and vehicles (and avoiding the colorful skins). I was really hoping that this game would go back to the BF2 roots where teams won or lost based on squad communication, teamwork and strategy. There is NONE of that in this game.
EA, you have GOT to slow the game down a bit. EVERY aspect of it. You will draw in a lot more buyers with some changes recommended in this thread, than just releasing it as it is now, in what amounts to a CoD clone. You've got to differentiate your game from that beyond just having more realistic graphics/skins.
I'm disappointedly cancelling my pre-oder on Steam. If they make some pretty big changes to differentiate it from CoD, I'm happy to buy it... but as it stands now, it's just an updated version of CoD without the glitter and rainbow skins.
