Map balance: Liberation Peak and Empire State

Liberation Peak is literally an up-hill battle for NATO, who also only have one objective close to their HQ, compared to PAX getting two. In my short time in the beta, twice PAX surrounded that one objective and trapped NATO in for a shooting gallery. With no transport helicopter, there was no way for NATO to break out.

Empire State is better but similarly imbalanced. This time, NATO has the advantage, with their A relatively easy for them to hold, while PAX's equivalent, E, is further from their HQ, easy to approach from many concealed angles, and has a large area around it where it is easy to hide spawn beacons.
