Couldn't agree more. 

The time to respawn health and the time to respawn after death desperately need to be increased. These 2 things would dramatically improve the flow and speed of the game.

    Yeah absolutely. People complain they get fatigued because it is just never stop firing but you adjust these both and you automatically right there just slowed things down some allowing the game more time to breath within the maps.
