It's like a spotlight. Too much. Tone it down to a little flicker only when moving and facing the sun.

Snipers are extremely easy to use and absolutely op. It needs to stay. Played a game with 15 snipers cowering in the rocks. All the no skill snipers now want 0 detection. Its ridiculous
Glit needs to he reduced to BF4 level, which was not blinding but let see where they were without a problem. Even across the large maps.
The problem is its "blinding". Like the other reply said, BF4 level was great. If they're shooting for realism, the searchlight effect that washes out a decent size area on those higher power optics isn't the way to do it
