Sniper refactor

I dont understand why the sniper scopes have to glare like a flashlight. Why not make them glare only when sun rays actually could make them glare? Then snipers must position themselves in a way that the sun could not make a scope glare? And then turn down the intensity - it is not a flashlight. The current intensity reminds me of looking down the metro in BF3 only to find a shotgun with a flashlight mounted to it. Let snipers be stealthy if they know how to position themselves and mount proper muzzles. If this gets balanced right then the killcam could also be removed on snipers. I never understood why a sniper working hard to stay stealthy gets spotted after first kill. 

On the other hand, the suppression effect on snipers must be massively increased. Or some kind of flinching effect when hit. Something is very wrong when a sniper just ignores the fact that a lot of bullets are flying by or hit by them - still pippin’ heads like a sunny day on the beach.
