Totally agree. I played a lot with chopers and jets in BF3. BF6 air vehicles not only lack weapon damage, they also lack damage area. And they feel wrong in the air.
For example, the choper rockets behabe very strange when fired (at the begining i was thinking they where guided misiles XD, but they don't) and have a very litle damage area. I had a situation where a buch of enemies where all together and when i fired the full salvo on them i only killed one ... this says all.
Jets feel strange to. I can't feel when mi jet is accelerating or decelerating. I can't repair miself. I can't see other air vehicles or misiles on radar ... Also dogfights doesn't feel like BF3.
So yes i hope they improve that.

Yeah same i spent thousands of hours in the jets and choppers in BF3, the jets have no sense of what speed you're going i can be stalling going up and i can't tell lol unless i jump to 1st person to check, there are no dog fight mechanics, air radar is too small you do half a loop and you can't see enemy jet, Its crazy that they could literally copy paste the air vehicle physics from BF3 and it would make air vehicles feel a million times better, Thats a game from almost 15 years ago, they've put zero effort into it, its clear they are trying to turn this into a cod game, absolutly ruined it, They said the game was heavily inspired by BF3 and 4 yet im struggling to find how they are related in any way what so ever. if this isn't fixed its going to be another let down
