engineer main starting with 1942 - its not hard to run a lobby with a tank/apc and a good gunner as a repairer, it feels a little clunky but I dont think vehicles are underpowered at all. The mine will put any vehicle to 1 shot, I like to move with infantry so that those get cleared, or be very cautious cutting sharp corners where i cant see around the edge
edit: i do totally agree with the heli inertia
lol,The inertia of helicopters is too great. I'd rather they weaken the firepower of helicopters in exchange for some maneuverability:)
