That's exactly the kind of throwaway line you use when you’ve either missed or ignored the bigger picture. The fact is, helicopters have been deliberately gutted since 2042, not by accident, but by design, pal. The devs have been making them rigid, turning them into liabilities for one reason: to nudge players toward infantry play. So no, it’s not about players wanting to solo with a helicopter and be invincible. It’s about recognizing when a core pillar of battlefield’s identity has been sabotaged in plain sight. If you can’t see that, you’re either fine with being funneled into a CoDlite experience… or you’re exactly the kind of player they had in mind when they made the change.
It’s always the borderline mid players screaming the loudest. At some point, you gotta wonder if they even believe their own delusions or if it’s just chronic overcompensation for being hard stuck in F tier.
