Tweaks to UI to improve reviving and reduce skipped revives.

It was far more obvious in BFV when a player was trying to request or skip a revive. The downed teammate icon would grow when they were requesting a revive, and shrink/gray out when they were skipping. In BF6, this is either not working properly or nonexistent, leading to medics wasting time trying to revive someone only for them to skip, or players being ignored while trying to request a revive.

I know a lot of people don't like it when people skip revives, but it is an important feature for preventing a player from being revived only to be shot down again, along with the medic who was coming to revive them. I do think the respawn timer needs to appear as soon as a player goes down to make it clearer that skipping a revive will not spawn them in any faster, and encourage them to wait for a revive. I also think the respawn time for attackers in rush/breakthrough should be longer since they are the ones who lose tickets for skipping revives. Shorter or instant respawn times just encourage players to skip and waste tickets. These modes should be balanced by changing spawn locations and distances, not spawn times.

Lastly, downed player icons seem to appear at pretty far distances with little information on their distance from the player.  It's difficult for a medic to know how far away a downed player is, leading to the player going far out of their way to revive players who are not pushing the same objective. This can also be overwhelming for medics as there can be a lot of downed icons on the screen at once. The medic might start to tune out the icons because there are just too many in addition to everything else that is going on around them, leading to medics ignoring players who wish to be revived.
