Visual Bug ? Flash Lights

Question

I can't play it because of the flashing Lights 😭

The lights are alwas brighter(more) when im outside. Inside of a building its normal

Does anybody else have this problem ?

Already deleted and reinstalled it but still the same

This is definitely a graphical error.&nbsp;Is this happening on all maps?Have you tried power cycling your xbox?&nbsp;
