Voice Chat with Teammates

Many times I wish I could warn a non-squad member about some incoming tank or ask them for an ammo box.  Would be nice if there was a way to speak with nearby friendlies with V (for voice) squadmates with C (for Comms) and if you are a squad leader they could have their own channel for coordinating by holding X (for idk).
