Xbox Elite controller series 2 - INPUT DELAY/RESPONSE

There’s a huge delay in controller input/response 

When coming out of a crunch - the input to run doesn’t properly initiate.

Character is stuck in a walking animation in an attempt to run after toggling the left stick to run. Releasing the “thumb” from the controller tends to fix the issue where the character began running randomly 

HUGE INPUT DELAY AS WELL WHEN TRYING TO SPAWN BACK INTO THE MAP. HAVE TO PRESS MY BUTTON RAPIDLY WITH A LOT OF FORCE TO SPAWN
